When the ac compressor runs the units make a racket clicking on and off when it cycles (when the ac kicks on) inside the car.
I know the unit was serviced by warranty for the recall on the ac compressor but it makes a racket clicking on/off.
Any thoughts where to start?

I bought a 2005 CRV 2 days ago and I have the same problem, turn the a/c on and the engine starts vibrating and clicking, etc. Tell me more about the recall on the compressor that you said you had serviced under warranty. I ran my VIN at a few sites, and it came up showing no recalls. I thought I had heard that there was a recall on the airbags, but it came up clean. Can you tell me more about the compressor recall. FWIW, I don’t remember any recall for the ac compressor, but then, mine is a 2003.
