Default 2017 CRV All dash and engine lights on

Hi
For the past few months I've experienced my CRV all dash and engine lights come on while driving. After driving for several days it all goes away. Now it comes up more often. When all these lights come on it disables all driving functions(cruise control, lane keeping assist etc.) I put a tester on the OBDII port and shows that I have P0300, P0302 and P0304 which are misfire fuel injector codes. I've went to my mechanic and he said that replacing the injectors would make all the lights go away. Anyone have this experienced this? My mechanic told me that is a feature that Toyota's have and didn't know that Honda adopted it. Meaning if there is a check engine light on all dash lights come on.

I appreciate any input.

Thanks

Never heard of such *******.
But, learn something new everyday????

To me, sounds like little critters got in there and started chewing the wires
The insulation is made from soy. It attracts critters to chew on them.

Don't really know what the problem is.

Had an issue Similar to that on an older Accord, it turned out to be the ground to the frame,i found it cleaned the rust off and reconnected it. Problem solved, try and find the ground, cheap attempt to cure a problem ,good luck.

had similar issue, went to honda dealer, diagnosed and said, its speed sensor need to be recalibrated. dealer did the calibration. no effect.

i did try the reboot and drive in hi speed thinking it will auto correct the calibration. all warning lights gone for now.

had similar issue 2018 crv touring, went to honda dealer, diagnosed and said, its speed sensor need to be recalibrated. dealer did the calibration. no effect.

i did try the reboot and drive in hi speed thinking it will auto correct the calibration or the battery will charge up enough voltage to fix the readings of ECU. all warning lights gone for now after 20 mins in hiway.

Default All dash lights on

I had the same issue with my 2017exl and it turned out to be the l/r wheel sensor
Honda dealer replaced it under my extended warranty and all is well

I've done hundreds of wheel speed sensors and never have I seen one that could be calibrated. You need to be sure your terminology is correct.

"calibrated" per honda service.

after a couple days, warning lights didnt flash anymore. dealer said, if it comes again,r/ rear wheel speed sensor need replaced. so far all is good.
