Default 2020 CRV - Car won’t start after changing battery

I tested the battery and it has 12 volts and I tested the fuse box and it has power but there is no power in the cabin and a white light flashes around the starter button when pressed. Other than that there is no indication the car has power. I’m stumped.

Make sure the battery is hooked up correctly. Then, check cable from battery to fuse box.
Then, check the large fuses.

You need a battery.. 12 volts is a bad battery .

How do you figure that? 12 volts is the resting voltage of a battery when not being charged by the alternator. The Alternator should put out 13.5- 14 volts when the engine is running. It takes higher voltage to charge a battery but not too high so you do not boil the water out of it.
The only time a 12 volt battery is deemed bad is if the voltage drops significantly (7-10 vdc) when the starter engages,

12 volts ix to low. Should be 12.6 at rest.

That depends. It will be 12.6 vdc right after you turn the car off but can drop after a bit. 12 volts should still start a vehicle.

Good luck. You'll need it. In the end you'll get a battery and we will never hear from you again.
I'm done here.

This comes from a search on the internet about the state of charge of a car battery.
Notice that 12 volts is not a good state of charge.
Just something to consider.

https://www.google.com/search?q=stat...hrome&ie=UTF-8

Further down the page

What is a good state of charge for a car battery?
A fully charged 12-volt car battery (standard voltage) will read between 12.4 and 12.7 volts. Pro tip: Anything below 12 volts is low, and there's a good chance your car won't start.

It turned out to be the fuse in the picture below. I replaced it and everything is now back to normal.
