2022 CRV EX-L getting constant 23 miles per gallon
Good evening. I purchased a 2022 Honda CRV EX-L with 14,000 this past June. I am having a problem with fuel consumption. The car is supposed to get 27/32MPG but I get a constant 22-24MPG whether on highway or surface roads. I am still under warranty until January 29th. I have had it looked at by the non-Honda dealership I purchased it from and they found nothing. They sent it to their local Honda dealer and they found nothing. They even talked with Honda's service tech line and ran as many diagnostics as everyone could think of. I'm not throwing any codes, no engine lights are coming on and I've had the car checked for fuel leaks, stuck brakes, etc. I reached out to Honda corporate and they created a case number and sent me to another dealership. Again, they ran multiple tests and can find no issues. I know the MPG is an estimation and realize that, but especially since I have owned the car only once did I hit 27 MPG on a trip. It usually hovers around 23. I'm not going just by the computer as I have physically measured how much gas put in versus miles run. For all intents and purposes, everything is sound. I took it last to my local mechanic that has worked on our cars for over a decade. Nothing he could find either. He said I could change 3 sensors as a roll of the dice with no guarantee. The air fuel ratio sensor, the mass air flow sensor or the O2 sensor. Again, not even sure if this will work. If anybody has any thoughts, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Driving with Eco on and Auto Start, Enabled. No difference. Tried for 2 weeks then stopped. Also noticed that others on the thread said they had both off and got the right mileage.
Manually calculated fill up. Computer reads pretty accurately. Have done that 4 times now.
Brakes dragging or two foot driving-No on two foot but brakes are not sticking
Wrong oil.
Bad gas-I have tried using different stations than I had.
Transmission issue
Alignment issue-Alignment is good
Tire issue-Just had new tires put on in October
Timing issue.
Injector issue.
Spark plug issue
ECM issue.
Exhaust restriction
Weather issue-The issue has been present since summer and through winter
Load issue-I do not tow or carry any loads
or (dont take offense)
Driver issue-I have been told I am an aggressive driver with a lead foot but would it be that off?
I took this list of suggestions and for what I did not answer had my personal mechanic aware of these issues. He had two of his guys work on it and no one found anything wrong, the car is sound.
Also, check cold air intake hose, done by my mechanic. Fine. Was mentioned O2 or Mass Air Flow Sensor which is what we are looking to change.
Going to Ralph Honda in Rochester without a loaner is not possible as it is an hour and a half away.
OBD2 sensor but just decided to take it to the mechanic I trust and have him diagnose anything.
