Default ABS code 27-1 and 86-1

I got a new toy from Harbor Freight. ZR-11. Thought my CRV was perfect.
No lights on dash. Been running great. So put the code reader on and checked it.
My readiness monitors were in the green except for one Evap missions.
NY state allows for one readiness monitor not set to pass state inspection.
So far so good. Then, this code reader allows for reading the ABS.
Read codes and it came back with 27-1 steering angle sensor failure
And 86-1 Can failure.

What can I do about it??

Cleared the codes for the ABS unit.
27-1 cleared and did not come back.
The 86-1 can relation failure came straight back, hard failure.
A little research says to check for opens and shorts on the ABS can hi and can lo wires
Also to check continuity of can hi and can lo wires from ABS to ECU.
Will try it in a few days when I have time.

Could not find a wiring diagram.
No identification of wire color or pin number on connector

Found something. Don't know how accurate it may be.
At VSA Module control unit and ECU and Data Link Connector, Can Hi is white wire, Can Lo is red wire.
VSA Module pins 39 and 38
ECU pins A36 and A37
DLC pins 6 and 14

DLC works for the code reader so don't think there is an issue with the wires going to the DLC
So must go check VSA connector for short to power and ground at pins 38 and 39
Then check ECU connector for short to power and ground at pins A36 and A37
Then check for continuity between A36 and 39, and A37 and 38
This should reveal where the trouble spot is.

Turns out that there are two type of CRV
One made in japan and another elsewhere
These schematics I got are for the elsewhere
And my CRV is made in Japan
