Default Changed Battery

The 2019 CRV is new to me and hasn't been started in 5 months. When I used the FoB nothing happened so I replaced the FoB battery and still nothing. I had the car battery checked and it was nearly dead. Had the battery charged up and started to reinstall the car battery. Once i had the battery in the car horn/ alarm sytem started to go off.
Question is how do i get this back to normal now?
Thanks

First thing is to install a good battery and see what you get. You bought this as is?

Its my wifes car she bought 6 months ago. She passed away 6 months ago, Car has been stored. The battery is good and was checked. Car is a good car with 30k miles up to date with factory required maintenance. Car is new to me.
Its's a technical question that has to possibly due to reprogramming, but I dont know thats why I asked.
