Default CRV PCV location

mine is a 2 litre petrol 2016 CRV. manual trans. I have what I imagine is high crankase pressure. when i lift the oil fill cap while the motor is running the pressure comes outlike a strong wind. i can imagine that something is blocked that is intended to relieve this pressure. PVC valve?
what else might it be? Has anyone ever used an after market PCV?
I am getting 7.6 litres per 100k. mostly highway driving.
one more question . could high crankase pressure ruin the rubber buckets on the front wheel drive shafts?

Based on the info you provided this diagram might be of use:

As far as your axle covers go, no they are not connected to the engine, only the transmission.
