I have a 2001 CRV. Whenever I first start it in the morning it revs up to(depending on the temperature) 2000 to 25000 rpm's for about 1 to 2 seconds as soon as it cranks over and then drops down. Is this normal? Thanks for any information.

 

possible idle control valve needs clean or replace.
