dinghy towing 2009 CR-V EX-L

Does anyone know if the 2009 CR-V EX-L Can be towed dinghy style with all 4 wheels on the ground ?

welcome to the forum. Per the 09 CR-V owners manual page 266 towing behind a motorhome you can but max speed 65mph all 4 wheels on the ground proper towing bars, and if you read the instructions to be done prior to each run in the owners manual.
