Can you swap an English engine from a 2004 crv with a Japanese engine from an 02 crv?

 

welcome to the forum yes you can, but you need to read up on the difference such as 150hp japan vs 160hp north american. some components are japan only ( may have to special order) also will need a bit of mechanical knowledge to know what to look for.
