2004 CR-V EX A/C clutch
I have a 2004 cr-v ex with the a/c blowing warm air. The clutch is not engaging. I have checked all fuses and relays and all seem to be in working order. When turning the a/c on and off, I can see the clutch move just slightly but not enough to fully engage. I checked the low side pressure and it read below 50 psi, but this is with the compressor NOT running (because it doesn't engage). I attempted to jump the clutch relay to see if I could force it to run, but it still did not engage. Do you think all I need is a proper recharge or does the fact that even jumping the clutch didn't work mean I have a bigger issue? Any tips are appreciated!

Do a search on youtube for information on AC clutch not engaging.
Also search CRVownersclub. They have the service manual available??
Sometimes the clutch has too much space and the magnet will not pull in the clutch.
There is sometimes shims which can be removed to help adjust this. Sometimes not.
But, probably would try to fill the system with refrigerant first??
