Today we drove up I35 from Dallas to Oklahoma City for a few days vacation. This is the first time we took the car out on the highway other than around town on freeways. The car performed flawlessly and accelerated onto the interstate running in Econ Mode and merged into traffic without any problems. I drove between 70 MPH and 75 MPH, when passing slower traffic, the entire way and the fuel economy computer displayed 34.5 MPG with the AC on.

The car drives very smoothly on the neglected roadway. Although my wife drives the car daily I drove most of the way and I'm more impressed with this car the more I drive it.
