Default Help? Crv blows white smoke but no overheat or loss of power

Just recently bought a 99 crv but has white smoke blowing through tailpipe. No oil or leak in tail pipe and no overheating or loss of coolant. Under oil cap is still good and Pcv valve still rattles. Does burn some oil. Any advice to check? Kind of at a loss on figuring this one out..

you can check the spark plugs to see which cylinder the oil is being burned, also do a compression check to see if you have a weak cylinder, oil can also be seeping through your valve guide. oil rings could be worn and not keeping the oil off the cylinder walls in the crank case.
