Default LKAS & warning volume control

hello
we just bought a 2024 civ hybrid sport. I have a 2020 Honda Ridgeline as well. the Ridgeline has a simple button to turn off LKAS. I find the feature annoying and would like to turn it off in our crv.

also is there any way to turn down warning volumes such as the front when entering the garage?

thanks in advance

The default for LKAS is off so are you saying that yours is always on?

At any rate, my ‘22 has a button at the lower right steering wheel control cluster for turning LKAS on/off. It can also be turned off by using the “main” button however your gen 6 has been redesigned so I suggest you consult your hymnal.

As for the “warning volumes”, warning tones are internal (beeps and dings). If you are referring to your AVAS (Acoustical Vehicle Alerting System aka choir of evil angels), the answer is no*.

*Technically it can be done however it is not a good idea. I would really like to change it to the jetson flying car sound. 🦆 https://youtu.be/4NgSZ8sjDgU
