Default Lube and oil just done, 80% oil life

2018 CR-V Just had a lube and oil done yesterday, but didn't think to check the Oil Life until today. It's at 80% (was at 20% when I took it in to have the air con fixed and a lube and oil done). Is it normal to be at 80% so quickly? I'm a Senior woman and I've not had a great experience at this dealership, so now I'm suspicious.
Air con not fixed. Parts are not available right now

welcome to the forum fellow Senior: no it is not normal to to be at 80% unless you drove about 2000 miles. you can reset the the oil life yourself by reading your owners manual page 446 reset of the oil life. if you do not have an owners manual you can get it off the internet free. parts not in stock for a dealership is rare but does happen so be patient. you can call every 2 days to ask if it is in. or go back to the dealership and ask them to reset the oil life % to 100%. check your milage to make sure the dealership did not drive the vehicle the 2000 est miles to bring the oil life to 80%..
