I found this spring on my garage when I got home from work. I can’t tell if it came from my wife’s 2020 CRV or the garage door assembly. Does anyone recognize it from the CRV? Thanks

welcome to the forum. did not come from the cr-v. looks like a gate door return spring. or a big truck clutch return spring,
