Default No heat

I have a 2010 CRV LX. Air conditioner works, but no heat. I tried to unstick the blend door actuator, but that didn't work. And I unplugged the green plug and plugged it back in again. No luck. Is there a fuse for the blend door actuator? I can't find one. The top and bottom radiator hoses are hot. So unless there's a fuse for the actuator, I've narrowed it down to a bad actuator or control panel. Any other thoughts? Thank you.

Have you checked the temp of the heater core inlet and outlet on the engine side of the firewall?

I’m not familiar with 2010 units however there might be a shut off valve, either vacuum or electric controlled, on the inlet side of the core.

Yes.

The diagnostic test result is 2, which means "A short in the air mix control motor circuit (see page 21-21)." Now I have to find the service manual so I can look at page 21.
