I have a 2010 CRV LX 4wd and must replace the transmission fluid.
Car has 148,000 miles on it, I'm the second owner after purchasing the car at 100,000 miles. I've never change the transmission fluid and have no idea if it has ever been changed before I bought it. I changed the differential fluid last year.

I've seen too many youtube videos on how to do it and it looks quite simple. Drain it, fill it with about 3 quarts, run it for a few hundred miles, drain and fill again. Use Honda DW-1 fluid.

Anyone have a better recommendation than that procedure?
