Has anyone replaced the high pressure valve on their donut spare tire.

 

High pressure? Is there a low pressure valve?

 

welcome to the forum. I have my tire dealer change my stem due to tire bead needs to be separated and the tire stem is part inside part outside. also most stems if not all have to be installed from the inside pulled out.
