Default Wiper issues

I have a 2013 CR V. The wipers only work on temporary(push lever up) or on high. Also, washer works but no wiper. Odd symptom is when you put car in reverse, rear wiper activates. New motor and switch. What the heck?

If the wiper switch is turned on then putting the gear selector in reverse does turn on the rear wiper. That is the direction you are going.
Would need to test the wiper switch.

Low speed and intermittent do not work? The rheostat is likely open.

Output of wiper switch goes to the MICU (multiplex integrated control unit).
Seems likely the MICU is not functioning proper if you have already replaced the motor and switch.
Would need to check continuity of the wiring from switch to MICU.
Also check all fuses.
Best is to get a schematic of the wiper circuit.
