My first bike storage

Hey it is my first winter storage for myself and I am having trouble getting my 1983 Nighthawk going. Ihave check hte air filter and put new spark plugs in. I am lostAny advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you put any stabilizer in the gas? If not, then the gas is probably bad.
