Do have a case?
Hi, My 2003 Honda Accord had a recall last year about a defective "Ignition switch" .I had the repair done in 11/10. Suddenly 2 days ago my key in the ignition would not turn so I had it towed to my local Honda dealer. After 2 hours they called and said my Ignition assembly was bad and they had to replace the whole thing. I figured I would be covered because of the recent fixing of the recall is still under warranty , but they said I was not since it is the whole ignition assembly. Do I have a gripe hear to have this major repair covered? How do I know it was not damaged during the recall repair? Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you for your time.

Welcome to the forum. You might start by talking to your dealer rep. first and vioce your complaint,if no resolution talk with the dealer manager. Then move on to the district rep. which should have a number in your owners manual,I don't know where you live or I could look it up for you,let him handle the problem.Good luck, Bobby
