I just bought a 88 honda crx si. I have the stock 14 inch wheels on. Does anybody know i good size rim to put on so that it doesnt rub but i can still lower it. I have it lowered all the way right now and still want the low lookin effect. I had 17s but the tires rub way to bed and bent my quarter panels. I really would like to have no rubbing at all. I am not a mechanic but am willin to learn

Here is a size that should not rub, but should fit perfectly:

17x7", 4lug on 100mm , Et 40mm , Hub size @56.1 , and now for the tires 205/40/17"

i was lookin more toward 16s just for the fact that i live in like hill and bumpy road country. If anybody knows a size that would work let me know
