Default 00' civic won't start

I've got a 00' si with a gsr swap that won't start. I have driven it daily with no problems and last sunday it just wouldn't start. My friend said that it wasn't getting fire at the ignition coil and we checked some fuses but they looked good. I can hear a relay somewhere near the computer that clicks when I turn the key to 2nd position and then another click when I turn it to start. Is this the main relay? I've never noticed it click when turning the key to start. I am going to check all fuses with a multimeter today but I would like to know if the main relay is what I'm hearing.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Default RE: 00' civic won't start

Ok I checked out a lot of threads on here and the sister site and it seems like it could be a few different things but I don't know how to test the coil or what it should read. Can I test the igniter? It's about 40 degrees F so I'm going to check some things out today and get a few numbers.
