Default 01 Civic Clutch Nearly at the Floor

Over the past month, I've noticed that I have to depress my clutch nearly 100% to the floor. It returns 100%, but has about 95% downward travel before it activates . Fluid level looks OK, but would bleeding/replacing the fluid or simply adjusting the clutch travel help, or is this just a sign of extensive wear ?

bleeding may help, also depends on how much you ride the clutch, it may be worn.

Slave cylinder was leaking. I replaced both clutch master and slave cylinders. First new master cylinder from Advance Discount Auto was defective, which caused much confusion.
