Welcome to the forum. I hope this is all under warranty, it's expensive to replace all this stuff. If they are picking up the tab due to warranty, let them replace all the parts and labor they want. If its out of your pocket, I'd be asking how many curbings did I drive over?? Honda's suppose to have a 3yr 36k mile warranty.

Is the car under warranty? If so, the dealer is trying to correct what might be wrong, if you are not paying for any of the repairs, allow them to fix all the parts they need to to become a safe car. If after they fix all the parts and still not fixed or safe then you may have a lemon law car. What caused all the fixing on this car, was it in a front end collision, driving up and down the curbing, drifing to much? Purchased used? or new???

Make sure you document everything that is going on with the car, date and time and information. After everything is fixed per dealer, and the car has to go back in again for the same things or the knocking noise is not gone, you may have a lemon.
Good side is how do you like the 197 hp the si has? I have a fit with 97 hp, always wishing it had a k-20 with 235 hp. add wings and I'd be flying not driving.
