Default 1991 Accord LX Electrical problems: Dome light, cig lighter, Chime

I have a 1991 Accord LX. Today I had my phone plugged into the cig lighter. Suddenly the chager went dead. Here's what I've noticed isn't working so far:

Intermittent wiper
Dome light
Rear Antenna Motor
Cig lighter
Chime (for when your lights are on or key in ignition)
Foot lights on Door
Vanity Mirror Light
Glove box light
Rear Defroster Switch light (I'm not sure if the defroster itself works)

I noticed the ignition backlight was flickering on and off, but now it's not working.

However, the ashtray and cig lighter lights still work, the radio still works, and the climate control all seems to work.

I have checked all the fuses associated with these things and I can't find any that are blown.

Any ideas of what the heck is going on or where to start with it?

Oh, one other thing: I had my clutch master cylinder replaced a few days ago. I know that the electrical stuff is in that neighborhood so that might be relevant.

Thanks for any help!

Sounds like a main fuse. I know there is a set of small fuses and then under the hood, there like the big ones. I believe the big one has popped. Check your fuses and isolate it one by one. Then once you locate it, put a new one, and try your phone charger again. If it pops again, theres a electrical short in your cig lighter.
