Default 2000 SI won't start

Have a 00 SI that won't start...haven't tried much yet except for installing a new battery today. In Iowa, cold as hell, battery was frozen and I thought maybe this would have been the issue with the no start problem. before I tear into this no start issue, I thought I would check in here and see what others have experienced with this issue. V tech engine, Comtech headers, AEM blower, stage 3 clutch, short shift pattern.

Take it to an Advance or Auto Zone and have them do a load test, they can tell you if it's battery, starter or alt.

Thanks for responding to my thread. I went back to basics and first checked the connections to the battery. The positive connections needed a metal shim to secure it tighter to the post. That fixed the problem. Car starts fine now.
