Default 2005 CR-V Wheel Bearings - Just bearing or complete hub?

Hi, I have a 2005 CR-V LX (4wd) and am living somewhere with very limited access to parts. Sounds and feels like I need wheel bearings all the way around, from what I can find it looks like I can get bearings-only for the front and press the old ones off and new ones back on, can anyone confirm that?

Can I do the same for the rear or do I need a complete assembly? I've been searching for a while and have had a hard time finding reliable information. Would hate to rip the old bearing apart only to find out the new one in my hand isn't what I need.

I found replacement parts for both front and rear that are bearing-only and have the ABS tone ring, but I'm afraid of tearing the assemblies apart only to find out I can't use them.

Thanks.
