2005 honda civic 1.7lt v-tech help

Default 2005 honda civic 1.7lt v-tech help

2005 honda civic 1.7lt v-tech had a blown head gasket.removed the head and sent to machine shop installed the head and ran for 30 secs miss firing on #4 cyl no compression removed cyl head again and had machine shop replace 1 bent exhaust valve on #4 cyl which was the 2nd exhast valve from the rear of head .now the car runs fine but getting code p6426 replace the v-tech oil pressure switch still getting same codecould the actuator have been damaged with the bent valve any ideas ?

Have you tried restarting the computer maybe if you restart it, the code will go away.

have tried resetting the ecm have also tried a new v-teck solenoid still same code but the discription on the scanner for p2646 is not low voltage for the v-tech oil presssure switch but reads rocker arm actuator bank 1 or shut off,any ideas

Have you checked your oil level maybe its low that sometimes causes the code to come on but your best bet would be replacing it

going to replace oil this morning and reset ecm
