A couple of months ago we bought a new battery for our 2007 Accord from the Honda Dealership. Everything has been fine until yesterday when I tried to start it and there seemed to be NO battery power at all. I put the battery on a charger and it said it was fully charged. Still, no battery power to the car at all. No lights, no electric locks, nothing. It is as if the battery is missing. Before I have it towed, any ideas what might have happened?

 

Welcome to the forum,there are a couple of questions first,do you here a click from the engine compartment? do your headlights come on ,if yes on both counts then check your battery cable and solenoid,if both are OK have your starter checked. There are two posts on the starter and if you want to crawl under the car with wheels chocked and place a screw drive shaft across the two posts and see if it turns over if so the switch could be the problem. Before you tow check these simple things,Good luck,Bobby
