Default 2009 Honda CR-V Starter Removal

I'm trying to replace the starter on my dad's 2009 Honda CR-V 4cyl with the going from the top method I've removed everything I need to get the intake manifold off except for the wiring harness that is plugged into the base of the intake manifold. I for the life of me cannot disconnect that plug and without it the manifold will not come out. I can see it from the top, and I can see it from the service window where the radiator drain plug sits from the bottom but cannot disconnect it. Someone please help me understand how to disconnect it.

welcome to the forum. avisitor did a great job of getting the video's to change the starter. This will take some time to do.
