88 Prelude cuts off

Have a 88 Prelude 2.0si fuel injected DOHC. Sometimes if i take it to town and go into a store to get something, by the time i get in the car, it wont start. If i let it sit for a couple minutes it starts right up. Any ideas what's causing that?
