Default '89 Prelude dying problem

I've got an issue with my car dying when it gets to normal operating temperature. It runs fine at start up but once it gets warmed up and come to a stop, the idle fluctuates up and down. Also it will die without warning while stopped or while in motion. Not sure if it's fuel or spark. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

welcome to the forum. are your spark plugs and wires in good conditon, be sure your egr is clean of carbon, then check to see if the carb fuel level is correct and idle adjust is clean. If it is injection, check your throttle control valve and idle control valve.

So we got that problem fixed. It was a combination of a couple of things. The idle was caused by the timing being off. The dying was fuel, the tank was filled with a bunch of nasty garbage and the vent was not venting. Now I'm having another issue - the oil pressure light is on, but it doesn't stay on. It flashed intermittently on and off, and at no particular interval. Any ideas on this?
