2011 civic exl. Airbag light is on. Dealer says it’s either the srs or weight sensor. Replace srs first and see if that does it( 500.00+). Of not than replace seat frame because it’s incorporated with sensor in it(3500.00+).
there has got to be a better way? What do people do when they put after market seats in? Is there a way to bypass the weight sensor and the airbags still work on passenger side?

We just had SRS work done on our 2000 Accord ,it cost $125.00
