Default BIG 95 accord problem

I have a 95 accord lx sohc vtec.,auto. 177000m.

Around summer 2010- RPM and MPH moved randomly while driving (not positive if MPH did) I could not feel it jerk car or affect driving. Then both needles went to zero while I was driving.
OCT-NOV 2010-Car seemed to not be shifting properly, rpms kind of sputter up.
NOV 2010-rpm drop, car shutting off. (usually when it would shut off it was while I was braking or stopped.)
DEC 2010-Car would not shift, would start and run good, just wouldnt move. (I was told it was the Tranny, which I agreed with, so had it rebuilt.) Also, this happened the day after I got my car inspected when I told them to check my transmission.

Since the tranny got rebuilt (that day after) my rpms have still been dropping as Im driving. It doesn't matter how long im driving and i cant find any real patterns. When they do this I usually pull over and sometimes they continue to act up, usually it just shuts off as I brake. Also, the car has shut off on me already while I driving as well.

I have had battery, wire going to alternator, and ground wire to engine block replaced, and alternator is not even 2yrs old and it was just checked a couple weeks ago.

ANY ideas would be great, so far I put out alot cash for nothing.
thanks,

Any ideas anyone?
also I would refer to this thread about the issue, I forgot i had the other, sorry!

does anyone think this could just be a short from the faulty ac electrical portion? I guess that could cause the rpms to drop but im not sure. ?

I'm not sure this helps but the shutting off sounds like a cam position sensor. It could also be anything from a clogged converter to a bad distributor. Check your TPS AND MAF next.
