Default Cabin Blower Fan Issue

2009 Fit Sport: About a year ago the cabin fan stopped working intermentally. Change the resister and checked the fan motor and fan. Fan and motor worked and new resister installed - still didn't work. Brought it to the local shop and 30 minutes later it was ready to be picked up. Shop said that the switch behind the **** was loose and just plugged and secured it back in. Well it's doing it again: Sometimes the fan works as designed and sometimes it doesn't. If it is the switch again "I'm betting it is" how do you access the switch to check the connections?

Update: Brought the car into the local shop and it was determined that the blower motor was bad. Replaced the motor and works fine. It was described to me as when the motor becomes bad it will work intermentally and eventually just stop working, which this did. Sometimes tapping the motor will allow it to work but eventually would fail, thus explaining why it would start working if we hit a bump.

Hopefully this will help someone in the future. Removing the motor is not that difficult, but not the most comfortable location to retrieve it.
