Failed smog test 25 BTDC
I have a 94 Accord a friend brought to me he failed smog test the print out says fail - Ignition Timing:25 BTDC
Does this mean i need to advance my timing?
Or do i need to get to the timing belt and put the cam shaft an crank shaft back on marks?
He had his timing belt replaced recently and since then the car hasent been running rite?
Its a 94 Accord EX 2.2 V-tech
Any help would be appriceated thank you!

Would be best to post the actual printout. The 25 BTDC sounds like a misprint, not a honda expert but do have a CA. Test and repair (smog) license. Will the engine run & drive set there ? Post the details. I'v seen people retard the timing to lower the numbers but this sounds wrong to me. Details needed.
