fluctuating idle problem

Hey, i got a 2000 si with a b18 swap, and when i cold start it, it idles weird. it revs up and down between 1500 and 3500 rpms, i am just wonder whats goin on???? but once its warm it idles perfectly its weird!!!

welcome to the forum. check your egr valve, idle cut off, and throttle position sensor, clean all.
