Default Foggy Front Light

Hi Honda friends,

There is water in my front corner marker light

I don't know how this water turned up,
but it hasn't gone away in months.

I live in Southern California.
We have had more than usual rainfall this winter,
but in general the weather is usually HOT and DRY.

Should I wait for this to go away,
or will I need to dismantle it and clean it out?

Thank you all in advance.
I am a newbie when it comes to technical solutions
so any feedback and pointers is much appreciated.

Cheers,
DDB

i would remove the headlight then aim a blow dryer directly in the hole. im guessing the rubber gaskit or a twist on in the back wasn't properly fastened when a bulb was last replaced.
