fuel pump help ASAP!!
I have a 1992 honda accord,the fuel pump isnot working replaced relay, used jumper wire to tested pump it worked at 12 volts checked lead wires to fuel pump they were devliering 7.32 volts at the pump andthe pump will not engange.

Since you know the pump works at 12 volts directly from the battery and you confirmed the voltage from the fuel pump leads are 7.32 volts...You already found the problem, not enough voltage at the fuel pump assembly.
The most likely cuprit is a bad ground, try connecting a test lead from the negative pump to the chassis ground.
Do you have 7.32 volts from the positive lead to the chassis ground? If you do, then it will not be the ground problem, then there is a voltage leak in the wiring. Make sure you disconnect the wiring from the fuel pump before testing otherwise a defective pump can bring down the voltage and mislead you.
Please post your results...
