Default Fuel pump Help

Hi. I have a 2000 accord ex v6 155k miles I replaced the fuel pump { twice } with ac delco pumps. When I park in my daughters driveway It's on a hill the car won't start- I roll down to level grade- And have to hit the key a dozen times to start it. Once started the car runs fine- What is it? Do the ac declo pumps not have enough pressure to start on a hill? It starts and runs fine on level ground- Once started it runs fine on a hill...WHAT IS IT? We bought this car new and it has been parking on the same hill for all it's life- What changed with the new pumps?
