I was just wondering, i have blinker mirrors on my 99 honda civic ex, which wires on the front blinkers is the ones for flashing, like which colors i cant figure it out and i dont want to start splicing into wires if i dont have to lol...

 

green and yellow for right and green and red for left
look for the hazard relay its closer than the the turn indicators
or fuse 10 and 16 should get you there also

 

ok well let me ask this where is the relay for each of the from signal lights?

 

under dash were youre fuses are ,, thats a fuse / relay panel
circuit 10 and 16 should be fused hope that helps
