Default headlight
Why would passenger side headlamp burn out 3 x in one year?

possible wiring, poor ground, fingers touched the bulb during installation. welcome to the forum.

I suspect worn insulation on the wires. Also known as a short to ground. To start, I would check all visible wiring.

Thanks...changing bulb out today and will inspect wiring closely.
