Hopefully I can get some advice here.
Model 2007 Honda Crv EXL
Problem: Gear indicator intermittently flashes on dash while driving. (Transmission Fluid level is correct, and fresh)
Car runs and drives as normal but the "D" indicator flashes indicating a transmission issue. No OBD2 codes present for Transmission.

I do have Honda DTC codes:

Does anyone have experience with this? I have no idea how to fix the flashing light....

You need to scan the TCM. You are scanning the PCM.

Thanks for the tip on the pcm, I managed to get a better scan tool "Bluedriver" it has picked up a TCM code P0741-02. I understand this is related to the "Torque Converter Clutch Circuit Performance or Stuck Off". I was getting the code as an intermittent flashing D indicator on the dash 2 times. The weird part is the transmission seems to be functioning normal while the code was present. I'm assuming it's operating normal, as on the highway the engine speed was around 2400rpm at 117km/h, no obvious slippage. (I think this is where it normally was before the transmission DTC P0741). I reset the code and it has not come back for a couple days.

I'm debating another fluid flush as a next step, possibly a visit to the dealer to test the TCC solenoid functionality. (A private garage let me know their database mentioned 6 times that this codes solution was a new transmission) As the suv seems to be shifting fine I'm hopeful that is overkill.

Look at the freeze frame. See what happened when it set the code. More than likely the only change was in engine speed (rpm) as the converter didn't lock when it should.
