I need some help. My mom has 2012 Honda CR-V. The other day she rolled both front windows down. Now they want come back up. The lock button isn’t pushed. I have check the fuses all is good. Check the wires and wires between the door and frame. I have talked to Honda dealer. No advise. I have tried using the passenger side switch it want roll it up. The back windows will roll down from the master control switch on drives side. I even unhooked the battery for 10 min to see If it would re set. Order a new master control switch. Came in. Hooked it up and windows don’t go up. Any advise on what this could be. Don’t see both window motors going out at the same time. I’m lost. Thanks in advance for yalls help.

 

I would be looking for powers and grounds.
Putting power and ground to the window motor to put it down and then try going up
