Default Honda, Acura, Integra, 1991 dies unexpectedly,

I have a 1991 Acura Integra LS Hatchback. Since this past July my car sometimes just dies. Mostly when i push in the clutch the engine is killed. It normally takes 10-15 minutes to start again. It used to only happen every once in a while. Recently i cannot drive for more than 5 minutes without this happening. It happened at 1.30am then at 1.40am it started up again. It died about 3 more miles down the road. and was down for 10 more minutes. then about 4 more miles and it did it again. I had to call for another ride. The next morning we went and picked it up and was fine till i drove 1.5 miles and it died. So after it started up again i drove it hope but then died about 400 feet from my driveway. It has recently rained a lot here. so i dont know if that contributes. I used to think that it was associated with the heat. but recently it has been no where near cold. any ideas will help. i talked to a friend and he said possibly fuel filter. who knows help would be appreciated.
