Hi everyone! I need your expert help. I do not actually own a Honda. I am currently working on a few custom motorcycle projects and I have been on the hunt for an elusive tapered roller bearing, size 30x47x17. I didnt think there was one out there, then I ran across a drivetrain company that sells passenger vehicle transmission rebuild kits, and this bearing is listed as one, but is not sold individually. The bearing is supposed to be the front pinion bearing for the Honda GD8, GF, GJ86, GTM80, GN80 transmissions.The only one I could find out what car is is the GD8(Fit Aria I think), but I dont know the years, sorry im not much of a honda guy. I have been looking all over and cant find years or models for these cars. I really need to know what they are so I can try and track this bearing down. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I apologize if this thread is way off topic or in the wrong spot. Thanks!!

 

And to clarify, the yahoos on the other honda site are idiots and cannot read an entire paragraph. I am looking for info for a honda car. A four wheeled transportation device that is generally front engine and front wheel drive. Make sense? Its simple right? Obviously not to some. Im trying to find info on Honda car transmissions. Sorry if I seem a little miffed, Ive been dealing with idiots all day who cant read.
