Default Intermittent starting help

Hi,
I've recently had an intermittent issue with my Honda Accord V6 2006 (automatic).

Symptoms:
- Intermittent starting (either on Park or Neutral gear)
- Engine does not crank (from start to run) and no clicking sound from the starter or any other sounds when engaging the run position.
- All lights and radio are working fine.

Troubleshooting:
- Replaced new ignition switch and battery.
- Checked all cables for corrosion.
- Immobilizer appears to be working fine (as the key indicator does not stay on).

Question:
- Should I go ahead and replace the starter, or is there anything else I can check (such as replacing any type of starter relays, fuses, etc.) that may be the potential culprit of this intermittent issue?
- I couldn't find any thing else online (relating to starter relays, etc.).
- As a last resort, I've also found a starter from Advanced Auto Parts (if anyone has any suggestions) - Part: 17728SN.- Weblink: CARQUEST or ToughOne Starter - New 17728SN: Advance Auto Parts

I appreciate your help and any feedback.

Thanks,
Andrew
