EZfolks, hope all's well.

A quick query that I thought someone here may be able to help with - I've got a 1997 Prelude with a standard Honda alarm on it, and the alarm fob has suddenly decided to stop talking to the car, meaning I can't get the immobiliser off.

Has anyone had this happen? I've changed the battery but to no avail, and am trying to speak to someone at my local Honda about it but they're all too busy to help.

I've got the same problem going on right now, too. Mine stopped working a few weeks ago when I had ignition swith problems. I had that taken care of (there is a recall) and they said they wouldn't look at the alarm for me. Anyways, I took out my back seat and rear quarter panel to find the alarm, but it wasn't there. So, I don't know where the thing is and I'm pretty much screwed!
